Louise Leigh is an accredited Civil, Commercial & Workplace Mediator and is registered with the Civil Mediation Council.  She has also trained in specialist Neighbour conflict Mediation.

 

Louise has spent 20 years working in between the private rental sector and short term, corporate and relocation housing sectors. Before moving into the Property Market, she also spent considerable time working within the Energy Sector.

This wide range of experience has provided Louise with extensive first-hand experience in dealing with all types of disputes between agents, suppliers, clients, contractors, landlord /leaseholders, tenants and employees.

Having run her own successful Letting & Property Management Business for 15 years, Louise has very strong Interpersonal skills and is ideally placed to help parties understand the barriers and the need to find a solution that works.

Louise has considerable experience in people management and coaching.  She has built and managed both small and large teams in a number of different environments.  Her interest in people, and making team dynamics work, has enabled her to draw on the skills and also to practise as a Workplace Mediator.
